Job Description

Extend day to day support for the successful execution of projects and delivering meaningful insights to create client impact. Prepare the recruitment screeners, setting up the field, creating discussion guides, moderation, assisting analysis and reporting. Engage with clients and provide consultancy on ad-hoc analysis, understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc. Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company’s quality standards. Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations. Provide Qualitative research, administrative and operational support to senior staff. Hands-on with qualitative moderation. Familiar with Qualitative research techniques and applications. Provide value-added analysis and respond to special requests. Integrate multiple data sources to answer business issues. Manage assigned project independently. Perform quality checks on all reports ensuring alignment to request and accuracy. Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • Ability to do market analysis, problem-solving and writing report skills.
  • Ability to perform market research with Qualitative techniques and methodologies.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, presentation and teamwork.
  • Excellent command both speaking and writing in English.

Required Experience

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing research.
